Registration 2009
If you have not done so already please register with the Health Centre during your first term. A registration form and health questionnaire can be downloaded from this site and pre-filled to save time.
It is essential that you bring you full University residential address and if you have been registered with a GP in this country you must bring your NHS number.
Chlamydia Screening
We are pleased to be able to offer you a free and confidential Chlamydia screen as part of our ongoing commitment to your total health and well-being whilst here at the university. Self test kits can be collected at the health centre. Please take this opportunity to utilise this service.
Kenilworth & Leamington based Students
We are pleased to be able to advise that if you are a student on a full time course based at the University of Warwick and resident in either Kenilworth or Leamington you are now able to remain registered with the Health Centre for the duration of your course. Please do however make sure that you advise us of your address so that we can update your records accordingly.
